Home Made Pumpkin Cream

My sis-in-law shared this cold dessert recipe with me after I enjoyed the ones she made. The taste of pumpkin with cream is so delicious and a cold dessert is most welcomed in the sweltering heat that we are experiencing now in Singapore.

ANZAC Biscuits

I wanted to bake this biscuit because it reminded me of my recent family trip to Australia. The ingredients used were simple and healthy. There is no need for whisking or creaming or waiting for ingredients to come to room temperature. Just a weighing machine, mixing bowl and a saucepan will get you munching on these in no time.

Cinnamon, Apple and Pecan Buns

These buns were made to be given away. Given away to friends whom I hold dear. I hope the warm, comforting smell of cinnamon allow the receivers to feel the warmth from a hug and I pray too that they can find solace in our Creator God.

Multigrain Sandwich Loaf

The bread contains all natural ingredients. The whole grains and seeds bump up the flavour, texture and nutrients of the bread.
